Prologue
Today will be the 8k (5 miles) lap of central London. The riders will depart from the starting ramp at Whitehall, taking in some of London’s most famous landmarks including the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Wellington Arch, Hyde Park, and finishing on the Mall.

I read that Fowey is a town that rises above the deep anchorage of Fowey Harbour, terrace by terrace, with Polruan across the water. Blockhouses that used to guard the port now stand silent sentinel. Town by the water… I like the sound of it. And so…
I prefer taking pictures without people in it… if need be, I’ll wait until everyone is gone coz I don’t want them in my pictures…hahaha
Sea Urchins anyone? I will be interested in the scallops!
Ahh, how nice if I can stay in such place… I don’t know what is with me & sea though… I just like them so much.
Xmas is round the corner and so is my favourite pre-Xmas must go event – Christmas market. I like it cos it brings me into Xmas mood. Worcester Christmas Fayre is my choice this year. A short one-ish hour drive from home. The streets are filled with light and colour. The highlight is the streets being transformed into traditional Victorian Street Fayre.
Here you can experience the delights of food and drink area, and treat yourself to seasonal delicacies, savouring local produce including wines, cheese, pies and preserves. There’s also street entertainment including stiltwalkers, organ grinders, traditional funfair riders etc. Whats more… the stallholders are all dressed in Victorian costume.
