Catching the bus at 0720hrs to get Riomaggiore, I then walked to the next village Manarola via the Lover’s lane. This is the famous walking trail between the 2 villages…. superb view.

From Monterosso, I trekked to Vernazza in my flip flops. Journey duration, 1.15hrs.
